Trevor Ward is my trusted Sous Chef. What began in high school at a little American restaurant has evolved into a passionate devotion to kitchen life. He has been at my side for several years, deepening his love for food techniques and flavor profiles. He hopes to travel abroad to master cuisines in Japan, Spain and France before ultimately opening his own restaurant. He is currently on hiatus, working with another team in a different corner of the industry. We expect him to return in ‘25
