Heres an Italian influenced menu that’s Perfect for a small wedding or a more casual Dinner party. It’s wine friendly and always more than enough food.

Bruschetta Table…Several Offerings of Tomato, Olive Tapenade, Legume Purees with Shaved Cheeses, Crusty Local Breads and Flavored Oils.

Salumi and Formaggi…..Local Cheese & Cured Meats, Flanked by a couple Traditional Condiments and Bread Sticks.

Smoked Fontina and Wild Mushroom Arancini.

BUFFET

Mixed Italian Beans, Organic Romaine, Foccacia Crouton, Parmesan and Chianti Dressing.

Ripe Roma Tomatoes and European Cucumber with Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Basil and Mozzarella.

Sautéed Local Greens Garnished with Heirloom Squash and Caramelized Yams...Olive Oil and Garlic.

Bronze Cut Mostachioli with Wild Mushrooms and Sweet Butter, Chile Calabrese and Shaved Parmesan..

Gulf Prawns “Scampi” with Italian Lemon Butter.. Roast Peppers, and Fried Flat Leaf Parsley.

Chianti Braised West County Beef Meatballs, Slow Cooked with Herb Bouquet and Multi Colored Carrots.

Risotto Milanese, perfect accompaniment to Meatballs, Saffron Infused with Aromatics.
