This is my most affordable menu, along with the Cali~Mex, and certainly one of the most popular. A marriage of my love for Southern and California cuisines, this is where we showcase an upscale take on down-home food.

Served with Special Red Chile, Carolina Mustard Alabama White, and Dry Creek Peach BBQ Sauces.
